PRINCIPAL' S MESSAGES: STARTING ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27th
SAINT THE MARGARET SCHOOL DAY WILL END AT 2:30PM. I hope that
everyone enjoys a wonderful winter vacation. See you all on Monday, February 27th.
SCHOLARSHIPS: If you plan to be eligible for any scholarship monies from the
Diocese or from the Daniel & Mary Fitzpatrick Endowment, you must first apply to
FACTS. The FACTS application can be filled out electronically. Go to
FACTSTUITIONAID.COM As you may know we were able to give $14,000 in aid
last year from the Fitzpatrick Endowment Fund. The Diocese gave out over $18,000
in Diocesan aid. It is very important that you make an application to FACTS.
INVESTWRITE: We have been gifted with such talented writers. Over the years
Saint Margaret School has had six winners of the Investwrite Contest. This contest
is part of our participation in the Stock Market Game. The contest seeks to have
students write about investing money and how that money will benefit the
community. Mrs. Doliber, working with Mrs. Wayland and Mrs. Turbitt, has been
able to submit some outstanding essays. This fall the essay judged to be THE BEST
IN THE STATE WAS AWARDED TO GRACE O'COIN. CONGRATULATIONS,
GRACE.
SOFTBALL: I am looking for a volunteer softball coach for our girl's team. The
season begins in March and goes through late May. If you are interested please
contact Mr. Rezendes.
GRADUATION GOWNS: If you have a graduation gown that you would like to
donate, please bring them in to the main office. I thank you in advance for your help
and apologize for not thinking of this before.
HOMELESS HELPERS: Support our Lenten Project by sending in toiletries for the
poor. Notices will go home on Monday, February 27th.
